Ingredients
100glettuceany kind but little gem works really well
600gwatermelonabout ΒΌ of a whole one
200gradishes
10gfresh coriander
10gfresh mint
Instructions
Roughly chop the lettuce into chunks
Take the skin off the watermelon (about a quarter of a whole one) then chop it into small pieces
Take the root end off the radishes and then chop them into halves or quarters so they're all a similar size
Finely chop the coriander and mint
Mix everything together a large bowl and that's it!
